Once that $25 is paid you will not pay another fee until we have successfully negotiated a settlement on one or more of your debts. After we successfully resolve one of your debts our pricing still beats the competition. Our fee is either $120 or 10% of the amount your debt was reduced by, whichever is less! We even cap our fees at that amount per month, meaning that whether you settle ten files in a month, or only one file, our fees will never exceed $120 for the month! Debt Management: North 83rd Debt Resolution also offers debt management services for those who are unable to come up with the lump sum that most creditors require in order to settle your debt at a reduced rate. Once again we charge only a $25 application fee to get started. From there we will negotiate with each of your creditors to work out a payment plan that is suitable for everyone involved. After that your monthly maintenance fee is only 10% of the total amount you are paying to your creditors each month. So if you’re paying $300 a month towards your debt, then your fee is only $30 a month. This fee will not only give you access to the highest level of service possible in negotiating payment plans with your creditors, but it will also give you the convenience of only having to write one check a month instead of remembering the due dates and having to write checks to several.
